About the Urban Promotion Display

The Urban Promotion Display is not only an opportunity of city image presentation to the top notches of the world, but also an investment invitation fair of urban promotion and a global project corporation which may enhance the urban development. With thousands of elites attending the 2010 Global Mayors Forum, the Urban Promotion Display will be a magnificent gathering of the UN officials, global mayors, well-known company operators, investors and mainstream medias.

The Urban Promotion Display combines display with investment invitation to present the city at multi-aspects. To show your city image or introduce cooperative projects to other city operators and investors, therefore it will achieve the goal to promote your city, present your projects and improve the cooperation among  cities, enterprises and investors for further understanding and cooperation.

The Urban Promotion Display is composed of an urban image display (two days) and an investment invitation fair (two hours).

Application Procedure

1. Please fill in the Urban Promotion Display application form (target customers and project details are required) and submit it to the Secretariat. 

2. After you submit the form, the Secretariat will contact you within 5 working days.

3. Please pay the service charge within 5 working days once the application has been accepted.

4. After that you will be the Host of Urban Promotion Display.

5. The Secretariat will invite target investors which have the strongest investment intention to attend the Forum according to your requirements.

6. The Urban Promotion Display will open once the Secretariat has confirmed the exhibition design with you.

Even after the Forum, International Mayors Communication Centre (IMCC) will continue to provide the related service to achieve their target of cooperation for the specified projects within 18-36 months.
