About the Project Presentation

The Project Presentation will utilize the platform of the Forum gathered with high-ends and mainstream media to present the details of projects. The Host can build up valuable cooperation relationship with thousands of attendees which include urban policy makers and global companies’ strategists, thus achieving huge commercial profit with moderate public relation cost.

We will provide you the personalized design of the presentation venue according to your project demand and expected impact. You can choose either theater type or cocktail party type to prompt your brand image.

Application Procedure

1. Please fill in the Project Presentation application form (types of target customers and project details are required) and submit it to the Secretariat. 

2. After you submit the form, the Secretariat will contact you within 5 working days.

3. Please pay the service charge within 5 working days once the application has been accepted.

4. After that you will be the Host of Project Presentation

5. The Secretariat will provide the personalized design of the presentation venue and invite the target investors to attend the meeting according to your requirements.

6. The Host and the Guest confirm the presence at the Project Presentation at that time.
