About Roundtables One to One

The section of “Roundtables One to One” is a unique one to one platform which is designed especially for all variable project investors, importers and exporters. You will have the opportunity to meet your target customer selected within global area by registering the Forum and applying for “Roundtable One to One” section. Once you apply for it, the Global Mayors Forum (GMF) Secretariat will search target customers for you according to your individual needs. The candidate who mostly matches your requirements will be invited to attend the Forum to meet you in the Roundtables section. Through this platform, you can hold a face to face discussion with this key customer so that you can build up good co-operation relationship in an effective way.   

Application Procedure

1. Please fill in the Roundtables One to One host application form (target customers, projects names and details are required) and submit it to the Secretariat of GMF.        

2. After you submit the form, the Secretariat will contact you within 5 working days.

3. Please pay the service charge within 5 working days once the application has been accepted.

4. After that you will be the Host of Roundtables section.

5. The Secretariat invites the target customers to attend the Forum according to your requirements.

6. The target customers would become the Guest of the Roundtables section.

7. The Host and the Guest confirm the presence at the Roundtables section at that time.

Even after the Forum, International Mayors Communication Centre (IMCC) will continue to provide the related service to assist both the matched parts to achieve their target of cooperation for the specified projects.
