● Name of Chinese enterprise: the Logistic Company of Rizhao Port Group Co., Ltd.

● Project description: Rizhao bonded logistic center is located in Rizhao Economic Development District. With the planning area of 1 square kilometer and 1 kilometer land transportation away from the Port area, the center can have the functions of international transferring, dispatching, trading, procurement and bonded business, similar as free port zone.

In the first phase, it develops an area of 176,000 square meters, which is programmed to build a bonded warehouse and an export supervised warehouse with the total covering ares of 15,000 square meters, a 4-floor integrated business building covering 4,600 square meters, the internal road covering 15,000 square meters. Following the requirements of the Customs supervision, it will build the bayonet and the bounding wall and equip with supporting facilities of drainage, telecommunication, electricity and supervisory controls.

● The total investment of this project: RMB 450 million

● Return on the investment: The investment profit is is about 10.3%.

● The intended cooperation mode: To attract enterprises in this center, mainly welcome the domestic and international enterprises working on international trade, transferring, dispatching, and distribution, and the simple processing export and import enterprises; especially stress on the processing, trade and logistic enterprises with considerable international and domestic influence and ability.
