2010 GMF is about to be held both in HK and Shenzhen in November 2010. By then, there will be more than 200 mayor delegation and hundreds of experts and industrial leaders all around the world participate in the event. For the better service for the 2010 GMF, the steering committee is about to recruit and establish a platoon of volunteers with high qualities step by step. The platoon is at service before the opening day and will take part in every conference and activity for organizing, translating and on ground coordinating. The volunteers can apply to be the workmates of the secretariat according to the practical needs, so that they can take part in every process of the daily work of the secretariat.

Because of the platform which the 2010GMF about to build is just for the high-end participants, the steering committee makes the decision that it is a must to make sure of the high quality of the volunteers to ensure the smooth process of the conference.

2010 GMF is about to make a unified, high standard training to every volunteer who is going to take part in the Forum. By then, the training will be mainly on the process of the work both of steering committee and the secretariat, language standard, foreign affairs conveyance, FAQ resolving, manner and folk culture and some other aspects.
